Summary: Pay €45/month, get an AI website + domain. Be nice, don't do illegal stuff. Cancel anytime.
1. Agreement
By using Abra ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Abra is operated from Belgium. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
2. The Service
Abra provides:
- AI-powered website creation via WhatsApp
- Domain name registration and management
- Website hosting
- Ongoing AI assistance for updates
3. Subscription & Payment
- Price: €45 per month
- Billing: Monthly, starting from signup
- Payment: Via Stripe (credit/debit card)
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically
- Domain included: Standard domain registration included in price
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your website will remain active until the end of your billing period.
- How to cancel: Message "cancel" via WhatsApp or email WhatsApp (after signup)
- Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if unsatisfied
- After cancellation: Your website and domain become inactive. Data deleted within 30 days.
- Domain transfer: You may request to transfer your domain before cancellation
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Keep your WhatsApp number active
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not create websites with prohibited content (see Section 6)
- Own or have rights to content you upload
6. Prohibited Content
You may not create websites containing:
- Illegal content or activities
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Adult/explicit content
- Malware, phishing, or scams
- Copyright infringement
- Misleading health or financial claims
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your content: You own the content you create
- Our platform: We own the Abra platform, AI, and technology
- Generated content: AI-generated text and images are yours to use
8. Availability & Support
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- Support via WhatsApp during business hours
- Emergency support: WhatsApp (after signup)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is"
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
- We're not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, Cloudflare, WhatsApp)
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or WhatsApp. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Fail to pay after multiple attempts
- Engage in abusive behavior
12. Dispute Resolution
For disputes:
- Contact us first at WhatsApp (after signup)
- We'll try to resolve it within 30 days
- If unresolved, disputes are subject to Belgian courts
EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
